Data Collected

• Order Data: name, email, shipping/billing address, phone, purchase history.
• Payment Data: processed exclusively by approved service providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal). No bank data is stored on our servers.
• Navigation Data: cookies, IP address, pages visited, products viewed (see our cookie policy).

Purposes of Processing

• Order fulfillment (preparation, shipping, invoicing, after-sales service).
• Customer relationship management (support, order tracking, returns).
• Marketing communication (newsletter), subject to your explicit consent.
• Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, VAT, fraud prevention).
• Anonymized statistical analysis to improve the shopping experience.

Retention Period

• Visitor Data: maximum 2 months.
• Order Data: 5 years from the last interaction, in accordance with Belgian accounting obligations.
• Newsletter Data: until consent is withdrawn.

Data Sharing

Your data is never sold. It may be communicated to our strictly necessary subcontractors: carriers (Bpost, PostNL, DPD, Colissimo, DHL), payment providers, host (Shopify), emailing tools, with GDPR confidentiality agreements.

Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, portability, and object to your data. To exercise these rights, contact dpo@fanshops.be or write to the DPO at the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

Security

Exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel. In case of a data breach, affected individuals and the supervisory authority will be informed within 72 hours, in accordance with GDPR.
