  • Order < €105: €8.50.

Bordering Countries (France, Luxembourg, Germany)

  • Order ≥ €150: Free shipping.
  • Order < €150: €12.

Netherlands

  • Order ≥ €150: Free shipping.
  • Order < €150: €8.50.

EU Zone 1 (Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Czech Republic)

  • Order ≥ €199: Free shipping.
  • Order < €199: €25.

Rest of the World

  • Europe outside EU, Mediterranean, Switzerland, United States: €35.
  • Canada, other destinations: €50.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to return an item. Conditions:

  • Item unworn, unwashed, undamaged.
  • Original tags intact.
  • Original packaging.

Exclusions

  • Personalized jerseys (name/number flocking): no returns possible.
  • Hygiene products (masks, underwear).
  • Gift cards.

Return shipping costs are at your expense. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.

Damaged Package, Delivery Error?

Report it within 48 hours by email to support@rusg.brussels with your contact details, order number, and photos of the package. We will get back to you within 48 business hours.
